1. Patient receives a call 2-4 days prior to their designated appointment day.

3. Before arriving for their appointment, the patient is asked to come as close as possible to their scheduled appointment.
4. Upon arrival to the office, the patient is to remain in the car and call the front desk to make clear that they have arrived.
5. When the operatory assigned to that patient is sanitized from the previous patient, a member of the staff will greet the patient at their car and will walk them into the office.
