Practice Update

January 1st, 2021
From everyone here at our office we would like to say thank you for your continued patience during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are all in this together and we have greatly appreciated the support we have received from all our patients to protect one another and our staff. Thank you.
As we enter the new year, safety continues to be one of our core values and a top priority. All our staff face the same realities daily, and continually make sacrifices to ensure that you, our patients, remain protected and receive the highest quality healthcare.
We will continue to implement the following procedures to ensure your and our safety on each trip into the office:
  • – A COVID-19 Screening and Intake Procedure has been created and implemented
  • – External suctions have been placed in each operatory
  • – Air purifiers are housed throughout the office
  • – UV filters and air scrubbers have been added to the HVAC system
  • – Sanitization fogging is conducted on an hourly basis
  • – A limited number of patients are allowed in the office at any one time
  • – The waiting room will continue to remain closed
  • – Multi-layers of PPE are worn by all staff
These steps taken in conjunction to the standards required of our office by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Illinois Department of Public Health, and the American Dental Association. These measures have been effective, and our office has been able to mitigate our exposure to COVID-19 thus far. Therefore, our office will be maintaining these measures indefinitely. Of most concern to you, our valued patient, is the screening and intake procedure that you have most likely already encountered. This process has proven especially effective and absolutely will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
Thank you for putting your trust in us. We are looking forward to partnering with you for all of your dental needs.
